Educational Research: Quantitative, Qualitative, and Mixed Approaches
Educational Research is a comprehensive introductory research methods textbook for upper level undergraduate and graduate students. Readers will develop an understanding of the multiple research methods and strategies used in education and related fields, the ability to read and critically evaluate published research, and the ability to write a proposal, construct a questionnaire, and conduct an empirical research study on their own.

Welcome to the seventh edition of “ Educational Research: Quantitative, Quanlitative and Mixed Approaches”. This text is written for the introductory research methods course that is required in most colleges in the United States. We assume no prior knowledge of research methods on the part of our readers. Intructors should be able to cover most or all of the material in one semester. Instructors also can choose to emphasize some material over the other.
