Fundamentals of corporate finance

Risk: Introduction to risk return and the apportunity cost of capital; risk return anf capital budgeting; the cost of capital. Financing: An overview of corporate financing; how corporations issue securities. Debt and dividend policy. Financial planning: Financial statement analysis; financial planning; working capital management and short term planning. Short term financial decisions. Special topics: Mergers, acquisitions and corporate control; international financial management; options; risk management. Conclusion: What we do and do not know about finace.
