This is an excellent book on the subject of thermodynamics. All the concepts are explained in the most lucid manner. While reading the book, it appears that the authors are talking to the reader. Problems at the end of the chapters will make the reader to apply the concepts learned and to apply his mind. Problems are conceptual as well as detailed for which EES (Engineering Equation Solver) given alongwith the book will be used. A must for every mechanical and chemical engineer and all those who are interested in the subject of thermodynamics.
Paper and print quality both are excellent. However, the book is the 4th edition (2002) and that may be the reason that even though the print and paper quality are excellent, the cost is reasonable.
