Polyamines in Plant Biotechnology, Food Nutrition and Human Health
Polyamine (PA) là polycation hữu cơ có khối lượng phân tử thấp có nguồn gốc từ axit amin. Về mặt cấu trúc, PA là chuỗi aliphatic chứa hai hoặc nhiều nhóm amin. Ở thực vật, các PA được nghiên cứu tốt nhất là diamine putrescine (Put), triamine spermidine (Spd) và tetraamine spermine (Spm). Thực vật cũng sản xuất ra một đồng phân của Spm, thermospermine (Tspm), có vai trò quan trọng trong sự phát triển của mô mạch.
