Data Paradoxes: The Politics of Intensified Data Sourcing in Contemporary Healthcare

Tại sao hoạt động chăm sóc sức khỏe không thể và không nên trở thành dựa trên dữ liệu, bất chấp nhiều lời hứa về việc cung cấp nguồn dữ liệu tăng cường. Trong lĩnh vực chăm sóc sức khỏe hiện đại, mọi người dường như muốn có nhiều dữ liệu hơn, chất lượng cao hơn, trên nhiều người hơn và sử dụng dữ liệu này cho phạm vi rộng hơn của các mục đích. Về lý thuyết, việc thu thập dữ liệu rộng rãi như vậy sẽ dẫn đến một hệ thống chăm sóc sức khỏe trong đó dữ liệu có thể được giải thích nhanh chóng, hiệu quả và rõ ràng và cung cấp dịch vụ chăm sóc tốt hơn cho bệnh nhân, quản lý hiệu quả hơn, nâng cao các lựa chọn nghiên cứu và thúc đẩy tăng trưởng kinh tế.
